As PSS stands for the harmony of product and service, Digital Multiverse also stands for the harmony of digital and analog. Since PSS is researched by Dr. Hong, the nature of research was the harmony of the product as analog and the service as digital. 

Although the modern life is dominated by the thing of digital a lot, it is clear that human cannot live in digital. As product and service coexist in a business and it is asked as desirable pattern, the desirable pattern of Digital Multiverse between digital and analog will be the key of digitalization which the modern digital technology expects.
